These terms and conditions apply to your use of the MysticFantastic.co.uk website.

By continuing to use the Mystic Fantastic website, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. By placing an order you indicate you accept your order is placed subject to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully in conjunction with our Shipping & Returns Policy and our Privacy Policy, both of which are parts of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to occasionally make changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice. This does not apply to our Privacy Policy. If we hold any of your personal information, we will not change the way we use your data without your explicit consent.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Ordering from us

When you place an order by completing checkout, we will send an email confirming receipt of your order. A contract of sale shall not exist until your order is dispatched. Prior to dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment. In this event, no contract of sale shall have existed. We will notify you my email once your order has been dispatched.

Payment

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards. Card payments will be processed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a card payment. However, if you do have a PayPal account, you can use it to make payment.

Reward Points

When you place an order with Mystic Fantastic, we give you reward points. These points can be used to reduce the cost of your next order. For every £1.00 you spend, you will earn 10 reward points. 200 Reward points can be used to reduce the cost of your next order by £1.00

Reward points can only be used to obtain a discount on your orders. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for any other purpose. Unused reward points will expire 12 months after they were issued. You can check your reward points balance and history in 'My Account'.

Reward points are only awarded to buyers who have signed up for an account. If you check out as a guest you will not receive any reward points.

Materials

Many of our products are made from natural materials. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the high quality of our products, the colour, grain patterns and natural imperfections will vary slightly from piece to piece. These variances are a consequence of using natural materials and are to be expected.

Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to despatch items as quickly as possible. In many cases, this will be the next working day. Made to order personalised & bespoke items may take a bit longer to despatch. It may also take a bit longer at peak or busy times.

In most cases, delivery should be 2 working days following dispatch. If you have not recieved your order within 4 working days, please let us know.

Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned for any reason for a full refund, provided the item is not a personalised or made to order item. We are not able to offer refunds on personalised or made to order items unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

You will be entitled to a full refund or replacement should you receive an incorrect item or if any items in your order arrive damaged, faulty or are lost is transit.

In the event of any problems our liability shall be limited to the total cost of your order and where appropriate, refunding your reasonable return postage costs. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from any problems with your order.
