We offer a flat rate delivery charge of £2.95 or FREE delivery with any order of £50.00 or more.
Delivery will usually be via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour delivery. We may use another parcel carrier or service if appropriate. We will notify you via email once your order has been dispatched and provide you with a tracking number if one is available.
Non personalised orders are usually dispatched the next working day after the order is received.
Personalised items that are made to order can take a little longer especially at peak times and we aim to have them made and dispatched within 5 working days of your order.
Whilst we make every effort to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible, these dispatch and deliver times are offered as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
If there is going to be any unexpected significant delay, we will email you and explain the reason for the delay and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
If you are not totally satisfied with your order, you can return items for a full refund, up to 14 working days from when you take delivery. This does not apply to personalised or bespoke items that have been made to order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items unless they are damaged or faulty.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or if we send you an incorrect item, we will also refund your reasonable return postage costs, in all other cases, the buyer is responsible for covering the return postage costs.
Please contact us before returning an item. You can send us an email stating your order number, or go to 'My Account' and use the 'Return Item(s)' link in the 'Orders' section.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to pay for the order.
If you order is lost in the post and fails to arrive we will send you out a replacement or refund your payment. Please let us know if you have not received your order within 4 working days of your dispatch notification.
